| In way, shape or form are the Awesome Dudes fraternity/sorority of Alpha Delta responsible for any assumptions and/or actions committed by non-members and members alike. Our organization functions under the principles of equality, unity and peace. All codes of conduct are in accordance with the rules of the University of Mississippi and as such Awesome Dudes claims no responsibility for any and all unlawful or disreputable behavior committed by any individual/organization claiming Awesome Dudes linkage through membership, cooperation or media relations. Additionally all news and media linked with the Awesome Dudes, written by/for the Associated Press or any form of news agency, is to be in accordance with the media relations policy and wishes of both the Awesome Dudes and the University of Mississippi. Any malicious, misleading or dishonest media coverage depicting either the University of Mississippi or Awesome Dudes in a negative manner will be dealt with by legal action. Upon accepting membership, cooperation and/or media relations with Awesome Dudes, an agreement to full responsibility for any and all actions will have been reached between the person/organization in question and the Awesome Dudes fraternity/sorority of Alpha Delta. |
